Stig U. Andersen leads a research group at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Aarhus University. His team studies legume genetics, genomics and transcriptomics to dissect complex traits and contribute to the improvement of legume crops. In ENSA, the focus is on single-cell analysis of legume-rhizobium interactions to identify the set of genes required for rhizobium infection.
